Why am I not getting credit for viewing a course?
Below are some common causes of not receiving credit for viewing a course. If you are experiencing a different issue not described below, contact the RiskManager support team at support@riskmanager.net.
- Check the system requirements to make sure that you are using the correct browser - if you are using a browser that is not supported, sometimes you will not receive credit for courses.
- To receive credit for a training, you need to watch the entire training up until the last slide. If you close out before you finish, you can come back to where you left off, but you will not receive credit for watching the course until you complete the entire course.
- As described at the end of our training courses, you should close only the tab or window that you are viewing the course in. Do not close the entire browser.
