What reports can I get?

RiskManager offers several reports to track your users’ course completion, to review their contact information and permissions, and to log external courses that your users may have completed. You can find a brief description of each of the most commonly used reports below, or you can learn more about where to find these reports.

Report Card:
The Report Card shows whether an individual user has completed his or her assigned courses or not. If the user has completed a course within the selected date range, the completion date for that course will also be visible.
To view a user’s Report Card, go to Reports > Report List > Report Card, and then click the name of the user whose report card you want to view.

All Courses Report:
The All Courses Report allows you to see every user registered within a specified date range in a particular course and whether or not they have completed that course.
To use the All Courses Report, click the name of the course you want to see information for.

Certificate Report:
Essentially a combined view of both the Report Card and the All Courses Report, the Certificate Report lists every course that every learner is taking, provided that they have either completed the course within the specified date range, or they have registered for the course but have not yet completed it. It lists their date of registration and the date they completed the course, as well as all of the user's personal information.

Manage User Report:
The Manage User Report is a useful tool to check if your users’ information is correct. It shows a list of users, along with their contact information, role, date created, and all the user groups that user is a part of. A user must have been created within the specified date range in order to appear in the report.

Learner's Transcript Report:
The Learner’s Transcript Report allows you to see a list of a user’s completed courses. If the user has not completed any courses, this report is blank. Additionally, the Learner’s Transcript Report allows you to log and track training courses that your employees or volunteers have completed that are not included in the RiskManager system.
To use the Learner’s Transcript Report and log an external course a user has completed:

  1. Go to the Admin tab.
  2. Click Learner’s Transcript Report in the manage users section.
  3. Select a user by clicking the green arrow to the right of their name.
  4. Click Add External Report Data.
  5. Enter the name of the course and the date it was completed, and click save. Note: to enter the date, you must click the calendar and scroll through the months to the right date.
  6. You can now see the completed course at the bottom of the Learner’s Transcript Report.
